Thanks for sharing this recipe...Jz wondering, need to bake for how long?
And what is cake flour???Is it same with Multipurpose flour or Low protein flour or high protein flour??I am getting confused when talk about flour..too many liao.
I baked these cookies in about 15-20 minutes at 160 degree, but we still need to check from time to time *as I dont trust the timing* :)
The cake flour that I used was the Prima brand. If you use top flour is ok too. These brands are the high-protein flour.
Happy baking.
Thanks for sharing the recipe! When I have time I'll make this and let you know the outcome.
