When She Was Warded....

Salam...Hi...my dear buddies...

Here I am...... making a comeback after quite long break *with a reason*. Our girl is 95% recovering *thankful to Allah*. All we have to do now is to watch closely whatever she is eating. Her appetite has come back to normal and the paediatrician advised us to make sure she gains more weight up to 15kg. Guess what? She has lost almost 3 kg! I really don't know how to start..but now I'm posting the random pictures of Habibati when she was warded.

My tired and worried face explained how I felt inside *cried*. Habibati had to wear her sleeveless t-shirt as her body temperatures were very unstable. However she did not reject fluids (lactose-free milk, plain water and breastmilk) thus she only had just one bottle dripped. But she highly demanded my breastmilk to the maximum which had made me relieved as she couldn't take the formula milk during this diarrhea time.

Mickey Mouse had made her forget the pain. I let her played with my lappy as she missed to watch her favourite Mickey Mouse ClubHouse geng. She even spent her time on the ward bed colouring.

She now was allowed to wear her normal clothing as her temperature was now stable but she was still on her intravenous antibiotic.

Upon waking up, her oxygen level was checked (in every 4 hours). Do you notice the device clipped on her finger? She was very cooperative with the nurse. But not in the "medicine time"!! She is no longer the medicine-lover just like before and this is such a great problem. (just like how you experienced with your boy Cathj!!)

Loving you Ayah....

She looked a lot better now.She took off her one of her socks and played "snap-snap" with me and sang her favourite songs in the ward. She had brought happiness and joyfulness in the ward too. She had made some friends who happened to have been diagnosed with the same case.

Then..below are the the random pictures of the wall murals at Ward 3. This ward is in deed very children-friendly and we love the paintings very much. Cute paintings yea....Habibati can name all the animals correctly. Furthermore, she wanted all these animals to be "brought" home! LOL...
