Biskut Sarang Semut is the only 'biskut raya' that I made. These popular cookies are very nostalgic to me because suddenly I remember those sweet chidhood Hari Raya memories. What had dragged me into making these cookies was the methods of making them...so simple that I didn't have to use the cake mixer...I used the 'hands' only (*;*)....
......and of course a grater too!
After being grated....to me...they looked like mealworms...*giggles*
Before they got into the preheated oven, I sprinkled some choc rice...it was as easy as ABC! Furthermore...they were crunchy too...Happy Hari Raya (*,*)
