Our Kampung Style Dinner

My favourite...sayur kucai...I only pan-fried it with some crab sticks...lovely...
Here, we call these baby shrimps...bubuk'....I also pan-fried them with chilli paste, sliced bombay onions and blended ginger, lemon grass and galangal. Add a bit of tamarind sauce... Yummy!
Another one....the fresh fish cooked with some sliced bombay onions, chillies, asam kulit, and lots of sliced ginger.....slurrrrppy....but we ate this one while it was hot....and one more thing..the fish must be fresh... ;9
