Asam Pedas Batang Keladi (Nur's Recipe)


This is how it looked. Purposely, I did not put much chili paste as I could not take too much chili...(^.^)...but I added some thinly sliced turmeric leaves into the gravy. I love the exotic taste of this dish.

saya suka sangat batang keladi ni. tapi mak saya buat nama dia tumis air, letak air dan ikan yang ditumbuk dengan bawang merah dengan lada hitam. kecur pulak :)
