As requested by MeRy , I post the recipe of the cookies here...

The ingredients :

250g butter
300g of Custard Flour
1 cup of icing sugar
1 cup of Milo powder
Vanilla essence

2 egg yolk

Choc rice sprinkles

1/. Mix well (with hands only) the egg yolk, butter and vanilla essence.

2/. Put in the custard flour, icing sugar and Milo powder, mix well together.
3/. Then, put in some cake flour until the desired consistency is achieved.

4/. Put the dough inside the fridge for at least 15 minutes so that it can be easily grated later on.

5/. Grate the dough using the grater and place the grated dough into small cake cups.

6/. Sprinkle with choc rice...and lastly bake!

I baked these cookies in about 15-20 minutes at 160 degree, but we still need to check from time to time *as I dont trust the timing* :)

The cake flour that I used was the Prima brand. If you use top flour is ok too. These brands are the high-protein flour.

Happy baking.
