The fruit trees planted by my parents are bearing fruits. Every drop of sweat shed by them is now showing some continuous good returns. Like this longan tree, it never stop bearing fruits. I used to love eating these longan fruits but now I have to lessen the intake as I would eventually end up with tonsillitis!
Hubby has to use a ladder to pick the longans which are mostly unreachable. So before these longans become the monkeys' feast....better be hurry!
Another one below....the 'karamunting' fruit. This type of fruits are almost extinct already.
And the mulberries.....how I wish I had good green hands like my parents....I know they take care of their plants with love....

Dulu di kebun ayah Nur pun banyak pokok buah-buahan. Tapi sekarang dah takde, so kena la beli.. Terkenang memori dulu.. Longan tu sedapnya.. nak sikit..
I am impressed with your parents' skill in planting and taking care of the plants. All are growing very very well.
I did not know that longan will cause tonsilities.
Is it because due to its sweetness?
The "tarap" is it normally used to deep fried with batter?
The Karamunting fruit looks so unique. It taste sour?
The mulberries definitely taste sweet. It is just the best time to eat it when it turned to that colour.
I googled tarap and it's called marang here in the philippines. The karamunting looks interesting!
Your parents certainly hv green hands tht bear fruits, I'm sure the kids would hv pretty much fun running ard the orchard with fruit bearing trees!^^
