I will have my stress test appointment with the Cardiac Department at the end of this month
...(*.*)...thus I need to keep my stamina well. I know it is gonna be very 'stressful' as the days approach...but I set my mind positively that everything is going to be ok.....amin....
We start to do some 'healthy' outings....doing the brisk walk for hubby and I....and cycling for the kids. I need to do more exercises *new adaptation* hehe

wahhh... thank you for the encouragement Ros.. I pun pemalas no 1 kalau bab bersenam... sedangkan stepping machine depan tv je.. ;-p

I am always good in advising others to do so, but me always have the lazy bone to bersenam.
The best I can do is, walking to the park with Sarah, hehe.
