The Must-Try Recipe...

I have tried this recipe shared by this lovely and creative mommy . The little helper was with me too.....(^;^)....

I love the rich chocolaty taste....the soft texture....and most of all.....it was very easy to make! The taste is almost like brownies but the different is that , this cake is steamed but not oven-baked. I might one day will innovate the recipe by adding some peanuts or almonds and cheese cream.

Thank you Sarah's Mommy for sharing this fabulous recipe (^;*).

If you guys wanna try out this recipe please check out the recipe HERE...all the best!

First of all, I must say the choc cake you have make is much softer than mine. Looked so yummy my dear. Anyway, I am so happy that you like it.

As for the muachi recipe, give a try (if you like gluey and chewy texture food):-)

After mixing the flour and water, and later steam it for about 45 minutes. Then a gluey big dough will be formed.

Use something hard (for eg wooden stick or spatula) to stir it till become not transparent but in white colour (as in pic)
It takes a lil while to do that.

After the above mentioned process has done, you just need to cut it out piece by piece and rolled into the peanuts, sesame and sugar mixture. No need to resteam it again. It is cooked and ready to be served.

Hope I have answered your enquiries and do let me know if you need some guidance.

Happy trying!
