Special Entry For Kak Lin

This is one of the popular traditional dishes from Sarawak which is called Bubur Pedas Sarawak. I got the blended spices for such dish from Yanti's mom *thanks Aunty *. I love this dish very much but it is hard to get or buy the blended spices locally here.
These were what I had for making the bubur pedas....fresh prawns......
Above ~ Sayur lemiding
Below ~ Fu Chok
Below ~ Some sliced chilies and fresh mushrooms.....
So this was it.....yummy.....

There are different versions of cooking the bubur pedas. My mom said I have put lots of lemiding..but...yummy still!
