Ayam Goreng Masak Kicap Lada Hitam

I tried a recipe by Nur's Mom few days ago...

I followed all the stated ingredients and I added some cut green capsicums too. Thank you Nur for sharing the 'resepi kampung'....hubby and I love the taste...(--,)...

Is it chicken or pork? I checked out the recipe and it's not in english. hehehe! Sure looks yummy!
