Our Simple Afternoon Tea

We had some banana fritters. I love the taste of the over ripe 'pisang kapas' when they are deep fried....their natural 'sweetness' comes out. To enhance the taste of the fritters.....I usually add some cooking oil into the batter which is made up of the wheat flour, water, a pinch of salt and a pinch of tumeric powder.
We also had 'keropok amplang' from Sabah. We love to dip these keropok in chili or tomato sauce. The Sabahan people must know these keropok well...(^_^)...
Habibati had a weird taste when she dipped her panda biscuits into the tomato sauce! She said it was very delicious. She even likes to eat sandwiches filled with tomato sauce+mayonnaise+STRAWBERRY jam @_@.....hahaha

Hello UmmiRosma, love your blog. And your this banana fritters. Ada lagi?
I bet it melts in the mouth.
You have an adorable daughter, no need to ask where she got her lovely looks from, ha ha.

By the way, would you mind I copy your beautiful Milo cheese cakes? No need surat lawyer sign contract? Ha ha. Or surat Royalty?

On and off bila saya naik angin and post about women who have black belts in cooking, I will display yours, with credit to you of course. Or on my sidebar.

There is nothing more appealing on this planet than that of a beautiful mother, wife in the act of cooking for her loved ones.
You have a pleasant weekend, and keep a song in your heart.

Outang you one teh tarek lambong tinggi for the requested pic. Thanking you in anticipation, best regards, Lee.
ps, you have a beautiful name.
