My First Experience - Nasi Dagang Trengganu


 
This was my very first time preparing Nasi Dagang Trengganu. I guess the aromatic flavour of the fenugreek (halba) makes the rice so special......and well-accompanied by the curry tuna and the cucumber+carrot acar. 

Luvly...Alhamdulillah....syukur nikmat Illahi.....

MeRy ~ Fenugreek is 'halba' in Malay, can be bought form any supermarkets or spice shop. It's yummy....a truly Malaysian taste right? ".)
